You know, I am very weak in Mathematics. To remove my weakness in this subject. I got direct help from our Math teacher Nazmul Haque. On the contrary. English is my favourite subject. I have no problem in this subject as I always get your help. Besides, my preparation for other subjects is also quite good. I prepared hand notes for Bangla, General science. Islamic studies. I got the hand notes examined by my teachers. They encouraged me to study well. In fact, my overall preparation for the examination is pretty well. However, from your last letter I have come to learn that you are interested to know the importance of keeping safe distance and wearing mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Actually keeping a distance of 3 metres from a COVID-19 infected person is essential for everyone of us. If we do not maintain the safe distance, we can be infected by the droplets of the patient when he/she coughs or sneezes. Besides, wearing mask is also very important for everyone of us. The dreadful unseen virus can enter our mouth and nose if we do not wear mask. If we shake hands with an infected person and touch our uncovered mouth or nose, we will definitely be affected by COVID-19. Take my heartest love at first. You haven't written to me for about two months. However, this writing is to inform you of a pleasing tour that I along with some of my friends and family members made last week. The tour was to grand city. Dhaka We enjoyed the place very much. Now I would like to share my feelings and experience with you. You know one of my brothers lives in the city of Dhaka. He had been requesting me to go to Dhaka to visit the city. So last week I decided to go to Dhaka. We went to Dhaka by bus and my brother received me at the Gabtali Bus Terminal. From the next day we started visiting different places in Dhaka city with my brother. He was in fact our guide. He took us to many important places in the city. First of all, we visited the Naitonal Memorial at Savar. Then I was astonished visiting the 'Jatya Sangsad Bhaban' because of its architectural beauty and vast compound. In the afternoon we visited National Shaheed Minar and National Museum. The next day we went to the National Zoo at Mirpur, Lalbag Fort and some other places. We also visited newly built flyover at different places in Dhaka. We also visited some historical places in Old Dhaka such as Star Mosque, Ahsan Monjil. Lalbag Fort. Hosaini Dalan etc. Vesting these places we not only enjoyed much but also gathered a lot of experience. This tour to Dhaka will remain ever fresh in my mind. No more today. My Dear Mishu.

I have some happy news to inform you. Last Monday, 21 March was the annual sports day of our school. It was held on our school playground. In order to celebrate the day the authorities concerned decorated the school premises with colourful flags and festoons. There was a nice stage in honour of the invited guests.

The Youth and Sports Minister was invited as the chief guest. Different events took place in the sports programme like race, long jump, high jump, sack race, cock fight and so on. I participated in three events- 100 metre sprint, 500 metre race and relay race. I won the first prize in the sprint and our team came out first in relay race. So I have two more medals to add to my trophies. I also became champion on that day. I felt really excited getting the award from the minister. Everyone was appreciating me clapping their hands. It was really a remarkable day for me. No more today. Write to me soon.

Have my love. I am in receipt of your 6th instant letter in which you have wanted to know about Bangladeshi food. Now I am giving you a pen picture of this. Bangladesh is an agro-based country of South Asia where rice and fish are available. Rice is our staple food. It is said that we are 'mache bhate Bangalee' who possess ponds abundant with fish, shed full of cows and granary full of rice. Bangladesh is a country of rivers abundant with fishes of various species. We eat pantha bhat with hilsa as well. There are a lot of herbal foods in our country. These foods come from different vegetables and fruits. Hence these are natural foods. We raise livestock and eat their flesh cooking usually and on some occasions. We mainly take three square meals daily. During breakfast city dwellers generally eat bread, fried egg, fried vegetables, biscuits, tea etc. But the villagers at the same time mainly eat pantha bhat to which you are introduced in one of my former letters. The villagers can enjoy fresh vegetables that is almost impossible for the town people. Now the town people are bending to the fast food that is common in your country. A large amount of our people nowadays eat biriani, polao and the like. Khai, muri and chira are well known to our village people. A little portion of our people is bending to Thai and Chinese restaurant at present. Infact the worldwide influence of globalisation has already began to level the uneven food habit across the world. But we Bangalee have been forwarding so long with food and food habit that originated with our age-old and prestigious culture.

I am putting an ending mark here. Hope you all are hale and hearty in your family. I perhaps am coming to visit London soon.

It is quite a long time since I have got any letter from you. I also did not write to you during this long period. Today I am writing to you about a fire incident I have witnessed recently.

Last Friday I went to bed at 11 pm and slept a sound sleep. Suddenly I woke up at about 1.30 am hearing a hue and cry. I got up from bed and ran outside. I saw that a house was burning in our locality. People were rushing towards the house. The dwellers of the house could not come out. They were crying and shouting for help. People were throwing water on the burning house but nobody tried to enter the house. Then I called the Fire Brigade After about 10 minutes, the Fire Brigade came. Within 15 minutes they could rescue the dwellers of the house. I thanked God and felt very happy for the noble deed of the fire-fighters. After sometime they could control the fire. This event will remain ever fresh in my mind. No more today. Waiting for your reply.
